- When exactly will I get access?
- Waitlist invites go out in cohorts of 50, starting in Q2 2026. Earlier signups get earlier invites. You'll receive a magic-link email when your turn comes up.
- What if I'm not a captain or crew yet?
- No problem. Sign up as 'Other' and you'll get the public-launch announcement. The founding perks only require an email — your role is just for our planning.
- Is this really free forever for founding members?
- Yes. The €0 commission guarantee is locked in for founding members in our Terms of Service the day we publish them. If we ever add paid tiers, you stay grandfathered in.
- How do I know you'll actually launch?
- We're already running closed beta deliveries. The platform works today — we're just adding finish-quality and waiting on payment processor approvals before opening the doors.
- What if I want to refer a friend?
- Forward the launch page to them. We don't have a formal referral program yet, but we keep an internal note of who referred whom, and high-referrers get bumped to the front of the queue.
